Light hand weights are used to incorporate upper body toning. This has the highest intensity of choreography, but we still offer modifications! Your bike, your ride!challenge your workout.

  • This class is a heavy hill focused class to build strong muscles. We incorporate 3-4 arm songs in our 45 min class to build on upper body strength. You will love how you feel after pairing heavy climbs and weight training. Don’t worry, we still keep it fun in here!

  • This 45-minute Fusion Cycle ride is a beat-based cycling class is set to the beat of the music with big beat drops and high resistance. You will experience a high energy environment that gets your blood pumping and heart rate spiking! Light hand weights are used to incorporate upper body toning for two full arm tracks. This has intervals broken up into 3 mini sets of Intention, Power and Endurance, but we still offer modifications! Your bike, your ride!

We use a light and medium set of weights in this class and never leave out abs and glutes!

I am new to rhythm based cycling. Will I be able to handle it?

Yes! Your bike allows you to choose the intensity level. If you start to feel tired, lower the resistance. If your energy is high and you want better results, turn it up. Your confidence will continue to grow with our choreography over time. Repetition is the key here!

What should I wear or what do I need to bring?

You should wear something comfortable that you're not afraid to get sweaty in. Wear a pair of gym or tennis shoes and bring a water bottle with you. Towels, gym equipment and rental spin shoes are available at the studio. Please wear grippy socks to our Pulse classes!

Do I need to make a reservation for class?

Yes. You need to reserve your spot for class ahead of time. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted over the phone. To make a reservation, click "Sign Up" at the top of the page.

When should I arrive?

If this is your first class, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early in order to get acquainted with our studio and the equipment.

What happens if I am running late to class?

If you are more than 3 min late to class, we will not allow class entry. This is for safety precautions and to limit disruptions to the class experience.
